The location of the hotel is super central, making it easy to explore the city! I also enjoyed having a spacious room with two bathrooms, which was really convenient. Plus, some of the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially during the afternoon.

My experience was pretty disappointing. The rooms were filthy, with dirt and condensation everywhere. On top of that, we faced issues like barely any towels and broken showers. I felt like I was constantly demanding basic things! I wouldn’t recommend this place for a longer stay.

The spacious two-room suite was ideal for my son and me, featuring a small living room to relax in, and the staff, especially the bell boys, were welcoming. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants, we loved exploring nearby landmarks like the Mall of Arabia. the WiFi was frustratingly poor, and some furniture felt uncomfortable.

There were climate control, a private safe, and flat-screen TV in the room, greatly enjoyed that. Good location in the middle of jackson made it easy to get to key attractions.

I had a decent stay! The location was super convenient, close to the airport, mosque, and various restaurants and markets. The neighborhood felt safe, which is a big plus for family trips. The rooms were clean and the furniture looked relatively new, making it comfy for my business trip.

Being only 4 km from King Abdulaziz International Airport made my check-in and check-out convenient. The spacious room also offered a lovely seating area, which allowed me to relax comfortably before my next journey.

I did notice that the WiFi connection in the room was somewhat unreliable, which made it challenging to catch up on some work. While it wasn’t a major issue for my brief stay, it would be beneficial needing to stay connected.
